Chris acts as Principal and Head of Property Management at Elm Grove Companies, and Broker for Elm Grove Realty. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in 2000. Prior to joining Elm Grove Companies, Chris held such positions as Director of Marketing for Bainbridge Companies, Senior Leasing Manager, Corporate Trainer and Area Director for the Gatehouse Group and Director of Property Management for Cambridge Management, responsible for a portfolio of over 2000 LIHTC apartment units, and a staff of over 120. During his career, he has specialized in the branding and revitalization of distressed Market Rate and LIHTC assets.

Additionally, Chris has been personally responsible for the marketing and lease-up of over a dozen brand new LIHTC apartment communities in the Southeast USA. Chris is a licensed NH and MA Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Chris participated in the 2013 class of Leadership Greater Manchester and is the past Marketing Committee Chairman for the University of Florida’s Residential Property Management Advisory Committee, a member of the Manchester Board of Mayor and Alderman’s substandard housing commission, a board member of the Manchester Community Music School and a member of Governor Sununu's 2021 Housing Stability Council. Chris is designated a Certified Tax Credit Specialist and has 20 years experience in the management of LIHTC assets.
